I’m finding it pretty amusing that the first blog posting of an avid crafter is about cooking! Well, that’s thanks to something I found under the Christmas tree…Jamie’s Great Britain cookbook – my mate works for him, check out Lee’s Jamie at Home.
Upon opening aforementioned gift I announced to my husband that in the new year we should have British night every Thursday (it seemed as good a day as any) where we cook a quintessential British meal and toast to family, queen and country on the other side of the big pond. That being said we took the plunge on New Years Eve…Saturday…cooking up a storm of crackling organic pork loin, oven roasted veg and homemade apple sauce Jamie O style.
